At last we can reveal the acts for the 2009 Street Performance World Championship :) Woohoo!

So we will have, in no particular order…drumroll please…

  • Betty Brawn, the strongest lady alive!  
  • Asher Tea, winner of 2006 British Comedy Award and apparently one to swoon after, ladies ;)
  • Alakazam, the human knot and contortionist extraordinaire-don’t lend him your tennis rackets.
  • Bendy Em, really flexible and really cute contortionist-she’s even been in the Wolverine movie!
  • Rob William, he’ll make you a bologna sandwich with his feet…yummy!
  • Mr.Toons, loves to play with giant balloons among other random things!
  • The Piano Juggler, Dan Menendez…AWESOME! 
  • Nick Nickolas, international award winning magic comedian
  • That Man, a wordless wonder
  • Mike Wood, amazing comedian and cabbage catcher-no, really! 
  • Vince and Rich, father and son old school street magicians…so old school they are not on the interweb!!
  • Magic Brian, magician and escape artist-altogether now…ooooooooh!
  • Mr.Bunk, puppeteer – yay, everyone loves puppets!  
  • USA Breakdancers, a group of three high energy breakdancers, you’ll be tired just from watching them!
  • Alexis Bérubé, the man of million dollar eyebrows apparently
  • Vinyl Burns, musician, comedian and unicycle rider

The same acts will perform in both Cork and Dublin so everyone has all of these exciting acts to look forward to.
